We can troubleshoot it, advise on repairs, or repair it for you.
It's simple just email/message us**, and we will send a simple Google form for your information. That information will give us enough info for a rough estimate, so you'll have an idea before our visit. Our hours are as follows: Mon-Fri 10–3 p.m. Fees: ¥8,000 diagnostics + parts (additional labor may be charged) Emergencies after 5 PM and weekends: ¥12,000 plus parts.
Commercial appliances diagnostics- ¥14,000 + parts & labor.
Virtual repair
¥6,000 (1 hr)You repair it and I will guide you through the process via zoom.

Sorry but we do not repair the following, TV's, dehumidifiers, coffee/espresso machines, ice makers, exercise equipment and microwaves.
Kayak repairs/HDPE plastic welding. Simply send us a picture of the repair needed, and we will give you an estimate. You can drop it off, or we can pick it up. ¥10,000 plus parts.
